Turkish Super Lig club Erzurumspor have made an official offer for Ghanaian winger Kamal Sowah in the January transfer window.

The Ghana international became a free agent after mutually agreeing to terminate his contract with Belgian giants Club Brugge.

Sowah, a product of the Right to Dream Academy, is expected to sign for the Turkish outfit after agreeing on personal terms with the club.

The 25-year-old is also attracting interest from NAC Breda, where he could reunite with former manager Karl Hoefkens.

Sowah has often excelled under the manager with who he has a good working relationship, which is part of the reason for NAC Breda’s interest.

The Dutch club desperately need options on the flanks, and Sowah, who can also play in the middle, is deemed the right fit.

Sowah endured a tough spell at Brugge following Hoefkens’ departure and spent time on loan at Standard Liege and AZ Alkmaar.

The former Leicester City player made 53 appearances for Brugge and scored two goals.
