On Saturday, July 27, 2024, Hon. George Mireku Duker had the pleasure of engaging with the vibrant Bankyim community in my constituency. During this fruitful meeting, Mireku Duker shared the progress and achievements we have made since He took office as the Member of Parliament. It was an honor to outline the vision of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and our esteemed candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as we approach the December elections.
Their discussion was comprehensive, addressing various concerns raised by community members. He emphasized the importance of our collective efforts and unity in driving development and progress. Duker called upon the community for their continued support as we work together towards a brighter future for our constituency and nation.
He further donated:
✅10 streetlights to improve visibility in the community;
✅GHc20,000 to fully support this year’s #Bankyim Community Carnival Festival; and
✅30 bags of cement with Ghc6,000.00 to fully complete a community bridge project they are undertaking.
He further indicated his unflinching support for the development of a small-scale mining concession in the community to further create 1000s of jobs.
