West Ham United head coach, Graham Potter, has praised Mohammed Kudus, describing him as a player who can create situations for the club.

The former Chelsea and Brighton manager made these remarks ahead of the Hammers game against Fulham later tonight at the London Olympic Stadium with kick-off scheduled at 19:00 GMT.

The Ghana international featured in West Ham’s FA Cup defeat against Aston Villa over the weekend at Villa Park.

“Sometimes in these situations [with several absences in one position], you have to be creative,” Potter said.

“You have to look at the attacking players you have and what their attributes are and use them accordingly so Mo’s [Kudus] got the capability to do that. It’s an option for us,” he added.

Mohammed Kudus scored three goals and assisted in 15 league games in his second season at West Ham. He hopes to guide his side back to winning against the Cottagers.
