A devastating head-on collision between two vehicles has claimed the life of a taxi driver, Evans, in his 30s, from Bowubra. The accident occurred on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Wasa Abotr3y3 in the Wasa Amenfi East Municipality of the Western Region.
According to eyewitnesses, the accident involved a Mazda with registration number A.C 912-17 and a Corolla with registration number AS 5827-17. The collision resulted in the instant death of the taxi driver.
Six passengers were rushed to Elsiva Clinic in Wasa Bawdie for treatment after sustaining injuries in the crash. The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, with many residents expressing their condolences to the family of the deceased.
