Aduana’s winless run continued as they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Nations FC at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in Dormaa on Sunday.

Nafiu Sulemana gave Nations the lead with a 28th-minute strike. Despite Aduana’s attempts to fight back, they struggled to break down a resilient Nations defence.

Forward Kelvin Obeng finally found the equaliser in the 75th minute to give the home side hope.

However, Faisal Charwetey netted the decisive goal in the 89th minute, sealing Nations’ first win of the season.

Aduana are still searching for their first victory after three matches, and will hope to turn things around when they face newly promoted Young Apostles next.

Nations will look to build on their momentum in their next match against Hearts of Oak.
