The Black Stars of Ghana are set to hold their final training session today as they gear up for a crucial AFCON 2025 qualifier against Sudan.
The senior national team has been in camp since Monday, preparing intensely for the important fixtures. They initially trained with 11 players at the Accra Sports Stadium, with 12 more joining on Tuesday.
The last two arrivals, Abu Francis and Jonas Adjei, completed the squad late yesterday.
All 25 players are expected to participate in the final practice session at the Accra Sports Stadium. Later today, head coach Otto Addo will address the media ahead of the matches.
Ghana is eager to secure victories after a rocky start to their qualifying campaign, losing 1-0 to Angola at the Baba Yara Stadium and managing only a 1-1 draw against Niger in Berkane.
The Black Stars will face the Sudanese Falcons in the first leg of a doubleheader on Thursday, October 10, with kick-off at 16:00 GMT.
They will then travel to Libya for the return leg on Monday, October 14, at the Martyrs of February Stadium.
Ghana currently sits in 3rd place in Group F with just one point.
