West Ham United attacker, Mohammed Kudus says playing in the Premier League is very intense.
The Ghana international made a move to the Premier League by joining the Hammers on a five-year deal with the option of a further 12 months from Ajax in a deal worth £38m in 2023.
The 24-year-old hit the ground running in east London last season, scoring 14 goals in all competitions as West Ham secured a top-half finish in the league and reached the Europa League quarter-finals.
However, in the ongoing season, Kudus has scored just three times in the league for the Hammers.
Speaking to SkySports, the former FC Nordsjaelland attacker admitted that playing in the Premier League is very intense.
“The Premier League is a very intense league,” he said.
“There’s lots of running and you need strength. You also need to be technical, and I believe I have all those attributes,” he added.
Mohammed Kudus featured in West Ham’s 1-1 draw against Aston Villa on Sunday. The Hammers will be hosted by Chelsea next week Monday.
