policy focused on strategic infrastructural development to drive sustainable economic growth and transformation.<br><br>He stated that the six (6) major free initiatives that Ghanaians will benefit from are:<br><br><strong>No-Academic-Fee Policy for all first-year students in public tertiary institutions under the &#8220;No-Fees-Stress&#8221;
