Globally, the dollar itself has been depreciating,\u201d said Mr Bentil, who is also a private legal practitioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Touching on President John Dramani Mahama\u2019s positive approval ratings in his first year back in office, Mr Bentil said the development was not unexpected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, he cautioned that the real test of governance would emerge over the remaining years of the President\u2019s term. \u201cIt is not surprising.
