Bernard Allotey Jacobs has jabbed any political leader who uses the petroleum sector as part of his campaign to ascend to the presidential seat.
Speaking on Peace FM’s ‘Kokrokoo’ show, Allotey Jacobs cautioned against doing politics with this sector stating that from previous governments, petrol prices have always gone up.
Allotey made mention of this while discussing the campaigns of the leaders of the two main political parties, the New Patriotic Party(NPP) and National Democratic Congress(NDC).
He stated emphatically that “if any person tells you he will reduce petrol prices, he is a big liar”.
