Head Coach of Medeama Sporting Club, Nebojsa Kapor has sent a strong message to his players to own up and rise to the occasions when the going gets tough to make themselves proud and to satisfy the teeming supporters.

The Bosnian trainer made this clarion call on Thursday during the club’s video analysis and boardroom engagements to point out some key defining moments that decide games, both for the team and against his side, in a quest to eliminate recurring errors going into future matches.

“You are the same players that went through the entire September winning all matches, without even a draw. One thing you (players) should know is situations are not going to be easy, it will get tougher and tougher each passing matchday.

Put your heads up, believe in yourselves that you can change the current happenings in our matches, and take absolute responsibilities to change things.

You have to make yourselves proud and also make the supporters happy. This cannot continue on Sunday against Nations FC”, Coach Kapor vehemently told his players.

The Ghana Premier League’s Coach of September 2024 winner in addressing his displeasure for the sudden departure of his side from winning matches, going three games with 2 draws and a defeat in the last three matches added that, should any player conceive within himself that he is not capable of rising up to the task this Sunday against Nations, such players should feel free to knock at his doors so he exempts such persons from his plans.

Medeama Sporting Club are 3rd on the 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League Table with 11 points after six matches.
