The head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo has revealed what Ghana needs to do to beat Sudan on Thursday, October 10, in Round 3 of the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

According to him, the Black Stars will have to show a lot of passion and desire to secure all three points.

Speaking to the press on Wednesday, Coach Otto Addo stressed that his team must be defensively disciplined as well.

“There are many things I have to think about. We have to show passion and also defensive discipline so that we will be ready for everything. I will address the issues we have because if we don’t we will always concede a goal. I’m very happy with what I’ve seen with the players and hopefully we don’t have that phase again,” coach Otto Addo said.

Ghana will aim for victory against Sudan tomorrow in hopes of picking three points to climb higher on the Group F standings of the qualifiers for the 2025 AFCON.

A defeat to Sudan will massively diminish Ghana’s chances of qualifying for the next edition of the AFCON in Morocco.
